There are times in our lives when we just have a perfect meal. Every now and then, you go in with expectations, but then a certain meal just meets and exceeds your expectations in every way. Today, I had that kind of moment. I went to California Fish Grill, knowing that I wanted fish, but not sure what kind or how it was to be cooked. Today their special was Trout grilled Cajun Style. WOWZA!!!! Superbly delicious. Perfectly cooked, and spiced, juicy, succulent, (insert food network cliches here). It was perfect in every way. As I came to the end of my meal, the last few bites were very difficult for me. I started getting a little choked up, knowing that I was down to my last morsels, and then my meal would come to an end. It was such sweet sorrow. My eyes welled up with tears, and then, it was over. 5 joyful burps. Enjoy your bonus video.
