TK Burger Catered our lunch again

We had TK Burger for lunch today.  I just went with the standard Cheese Burger with all the fixings.  This time, TK brought an extra treat for us to enjoy.  They included Shrimp Ceviche.  I have never had a burger with ceviche as a side, so it was different, but still good.  Not the best ceviche, but not bad for a burger joint.  4.5 burps and a ray of sunshine.
