Miguel's catered our lunch today.

There was a huge smile on my face as soon as I heard that Miguel's Mexican Restaurant was catering our lunch today.  This is place is good.  The food tastes the way it should, and you leave satisfied everytime.  (at least that has been my experience)  Guess what, they didn't disappoint me!  It was a great lunch, I had a carne asada taco (however I added refried beans to it and it was on a flour tortilla, so maybe its more like a burrito), I also had some chicken fajitas, more refried beans, and a Chile Relleno.  I saved the Chile Relleno for last because I was sure it would be my favorite part.  Sure enough it was.  For me today, this lunch was FLAWLESS.  5 Burps, without a doubt.  So what does that mean for you?  BONUS Video!  What a way to start the week you lucky people!  I hope you like it.
