Empanada Man

Today our company lunch was catered by Empanada Man.  Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of my plate but I do have pictures of what I ate directly from their website.  I three empanadas and two slices of pizza.  One slice was just your basic sausage and pepperoni.  The other one was a slice of "Seventh Heaven" consisting of Pepperoni, Sausage, black olives, red onions, green peppers, fresh garlic, and fresh tomatoes. As for the empanadas, I had a corn empanada and a pork empanada. For those of you that are not familiar with empanadas, they are much like a turnover or as Empanada Man calls them: "Unique, handmade delicacies that melt in your mouth (and known to burn the heck out of your tongue or roof of your mouth), using the finest flakey dough wrapped and filled with a variety of delicious flavors, then oven-baked to a golden brown."  I had a pork empanada and a corn empanada.  The pizza was good, but the empanadas are VERY good.  I went back and had seconds.  I hope we order from them more often. 4.5 burps.
