Albatros for lunch today

Went to Albatros today.  I had a Shrimp Ceviche Tostada.  It may not look like a tostada, but trust me under all this ceviche, there was a real tostada.  Seemed like a great dish for such a hot day, and I was right.  Not the best ceviche I have had, but for the price, $4.50 it was pretty good and a healthy portion.  Hope you all had a great 4th of July, and I also wish you the best for this 5th of July!  Hasta los huevos!
