We had a very special treat for lunch today! By far one of the coolest catering job I have ever witnessed. A real RED FIRE TRUCK came and catered our lunch. Company 77 Mobile Pizza Unit delivered some great pizza love to our workplace. With a variety of toppings and gourmet pizza, it was quite a scene.
It was a lot of fun, and also super good. Thin crust, very tasty, classic as well as classy ingredients! These two below are a tomato and artichoke hearts (among other things), the other slice was a chicken pesto, which was SUPERB! I am sure we will be seeing a lot of them in the future. 5 enthusiastic burps!!! Happy Friday!!!
