Birthday lunch at Fuji Grill

I won't lie...there was a lot of pressure to deliver a stellar lunch today, but in the end, I just asked myself, self...what are you craving?    Turned out to be a Volcano roll.  California roll, topped with baked scallops.  From the picture, you can see that it was more like seared scallops...but that's ok.  Still really good.  4 burps.  While I sat here eating, I heard two of my favorite songs.  Bette Midler's the Rose, and Elton John's Your Song.  Not a bad lunch and birthday so far.  Life is good.
