Miguel's Catered our lunch today.  I had a Chile Relleno, some chicken, some carne asada, and beans.
Simple, but tasty.  Good eats!  Didn't over do it.  Normally when Miguel's comes, I would have about twice as much food.  Took it easy  (in comparison) this time.  I hope you lovely people have a great weekend.  I hope to post more about our wine tasting trip to Paso Robles last weekend.  Take care cuz I care.
