Tried out a new place today for lunch. Din Ho Chinese food in Lake Forest. I had heard some of my co-workers talk about it before, so I went there with 3 of them today. It was pretty gall darn good! For the price you pay. $5.95 you get lots of food and it tastes GREAT! I was very happy and very full. I got their Mongolian Beef Lunch special. It comes with soup, a salad and steamed rice. The soup was yummy, wow...yummy, really? I don't remember when I last used the word yummy, but I am going to stick with it. Salad, was whatever, but I don't really have anything bad to say about it.
The main course, was superbad tasty! Beef was tender, not chewy, just perfectly cooked, very flavorful. I have to be honest, I know I ate the eggroll, but I really can't remember anything about it because I had already started my food coma, but I am sure it was just as good as the rest of the stuff. All of this for just $5.95 plus tax and tip. Not bad at all my friends, not bad! As they say in China, "Qǐng qù cānguān zhè jiā cāntīng dì měishí zài yīgè liánghǎo de jiàzhí." 5 Burps!
