Today I went to Los Primos for lunch. I wanted to try something new, so I went with their Carnitas Torta. OMG, this was a very wise choice! I do have a tiny criticizm as I know what a TRADITIONAL Torta should have. (at least the way we used to make growing up) The Traditional Mexican Torta has a layer of refried beans on the bottom slice of bread. Top part is optional. This is often also neglected on Huevos Rancheros. Gotta have the beans though. Anyway, it was still pretty damn good! 4.5 burps.

Tortas are the bomb! I sometimes get one at a place in Corona called Super Taco. I like it with carne asada, but maybe I'll try the carnitas next time.
