Baja Fresh catered our lunch today.  Most of the time, Baja Fresh does not travel well, so by the time it gets here, and I get in line, grab a plate and sit back down to eat, it becomes Baja "not so" Fresh.  Today, I was right at the front of the line, and it paid off!  I went with three tacos, one Mahi, one regular fish, and a carne asada.  I also had a "slice of quesadilla, and Chips and salsa.  Thumbs up, muy bueno and 4 burps.
