Flame Broiler for lunch today

Went to The Flame Broiler for lunch today.  I had their WORKS Bowl, which comes with chicken, steak, rice and veggies.  Hit the spot!  I have chosen wisely.  I am very full and satisfied.  This was the perfect portion for me today.  I added their hot sauce and it gives it a perfect mouthwatering blend.  4.5 burps!
