We went to The Chili Pepper in Orange today for brunch. I decided to have a variation of my favorite dish. Instead of the huevos rancheros Oaxaca style, I did the A La Diabla Style. Sad to say, I should have ordered what I knew, would be amazing. Nothing wrong with trying something new, but it just wasn't as good. To be fair, I must tell you that it was still excellent and delicious, but the Oaxaca style Huevos Rancheros here are so much better. I was a little disappointed in our waiter, it seemed like he didn't know the menu very well. That being said, still a very satisfying meal. My wife had the Sea Food enchiladas and she also all that for $22.00. I am totally prepared for our Olvera St. Trip now. 4.85 burps.
