Lean Cuisine Roasted Turkey Breast

Today I stopped at Ralph's and picked up a Lean Cuisine.  I decided to go with the Roast Turkey Breast from their dinnertime selects collection. It includes gravy, stuffing, whipped potatoes, and green beans accented with cranberries. (accented = three tine cranberry looking things)

This meal apparently has 30 % more food than your normal Lean Cuisines, I believe it too.  I do recall that I normally would probably have to eat two of these meals to get full.  This one was just the right portion.
What is the difference between mashed potatoes and whipped potatoes?  Either way you put it, these potatoes have been abused!  In fact, when I was a kid I used to think that they were called "smashed" potoatoes.  I just made sense to me.

I like how the finished product always looks just like the picture.  Can you spot the three cranberry thingies?  If you can't spot them, don't be disappointed, I couldn't taste them.  Overall...for 2 dollars, I can't complain.  It was a bargain, but truth be told, it was just lunch.  Easy, fast, although I did have to actually add a tablespoon of water to the green beans...never had to do that before.  Whatever, I was a little irked by that...but I followed the directions printed on the box.  If you notice the instructions are also in Spanish!  I love that...in my best SABADO GIGANTE voice, I love to read the Spanish instructions out loud.  Try it yourself, you will giggle!

I can't say that I LOVED this meal, but it was fine.  I am full, and it was healthier than what I normally have for lunch, for a fraction of the price.  2.5 Burps and a "Cocine en alto de 6 a 8 minutos"
